Love it but it's starting to slip a little. Mainly food quality

What can i say? Their staff is always friendly and polite. The food is always DELICIOUS each and every time i have gone there's to eat.

Stephanie's in Greensboro is delicious!!! I mean well worth the time and money.

Great food. I always call in my order and when I arrive its always ready.. Only thing is waiting so long on the phone for someone to pick up and take your order.

The food was great and we didn't have to wait a long time to get it.

Great fish dinners!!!! Call your order in advance. It will shorten the line wait.

2/12/20, was my first time eating here. I had the two hot dog combo atw. It was delicious! Best over top rated food chains hands down! I'll travel to Greensboro for Stephanie's 😊

Stephanie's is my favorite place to eat when I want Soul food. The atmosphere is awesome. I ordered and double pork chop plate with collard greens and Mac and cheese with a dinner roll

My first time going through the drive thru and I was expecting a wait. I ordered the $5 fish box, which is a great deal. You get two pieces of fish, fries, popcorn shrimp and a drink. I ordered, paid and then asked if my order will come up after the car in front of me. The attendant said "no, I have you right here." I said to myself, " this ain't hot!" It was late, I was tired, so I took it and went home. When I got home, as I expected, it was warm. The food was good, but it would have been amazing if it was straight out of the grease. I will go again, but that I have you right here won't happen again.

Great food and great people! They cook everything fresh so there might be a wait but it’s so worth it. The pork chop combo is the best. Also the cheesecake is to die for! Highly recommend.

Hot dogs get a 12 out of 10. Great customer service and fast. Its a mist that you visit this location. Eric the Manager 5 stars

Great food! The staff was nice and friendly. The wait to be seated was short and the food came out pretty fast.

Love this place. Especially when the food is on point. I've had a few bad experiences. To name two, soggy bread with sausage dog, and a onion in my banana pudding. Yuck!!!! I will say this, the staff is pleasant at all times.

I love the sausage dog and the Mac n cheese. Don't get wings they take forever to make and aren't bad but not worth the 20 minute wait. They do make the food to order though which is nice, but maybe wings should not be at the drive thru. The workers are also always very friendly.

The food was very good. I do think that if they had some one taking the orders outside and bringing people their orders, I believe their business would improve.

Very good. Whenever I return THIS is where I'll be. Note, there is a Stephanie's and a Stephanie's II. If you want a sure down soul food experience go to Stephanie's II. The other Stephanie's is a drive up place that sells hot dogs.

Food is delicious, hot and serving size is huge.

The food was very filling and tasty. Looking forward to going again. The customer service was friendly, as well. Oh...and the food was hot.

Excellent food. Staff friendly and informative, & polite.. Parking not convenient at all, when you have to pull to the side and wait, and there are others waiting. Customers were rude while trying to find a parking spot!!

My coworker had been talking about this place all week long and it definitely didn't disappoint! Everything was fresh and delicious and perfectly seasoned! And the banana pudding! Oh God, the banana pudding... Definitely worth it!

Food was good. Service ok. Only thing i hate. When u order food at drive thru. U have 2 pull 2 side and wait. Then person at drive thru will call.out the drive thru window. U have 2 then squeeze between car in drive thru and window 2 pic up your order. IN NEED OF A PICK UP.WINDOW 4 DRIVE THRU. ASAP. Come on u been in business 4 yrs. Invest in your business

Stephanie’s is okay. Some of their stuff doesn’t taste authentic, like the potato salad, I e had green beans which were straight up canned with no flavor, other than that..... it’s okay. I guess if you want real soul food you should make it yourself lol

Great cheeseburgers and hotdogs. If you have to wait pull aside and listen to WQMG. Just relax a minute or two.
